SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Delivery times are estimates; Sorlassey e. K. is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external events.

  • For standard consumers (B2C) within the EU, risk of loss passes to you upon physical delivery of the goods. For B2B transactions, risk passes when we hand products to the carrier.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS (EU Statutory Withdrawal Right)

  • Under EU/German law, consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day they receive the goods.

  • Items must be unworn/unopened, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We will provide the return address and instructions after approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Our website is powered by Shopify; however, all transactions are with Sorlassey e. K. * Shopify is not responsible for sales, products, or services. You release Shopify from claims related to your purchases.

  • All personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. Data may be shared with Shopify or trusted third parties to provide Services.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
